ele is the most powerful of the mages. I can't main her too well though. lol Mimi is a really good elementalist. too bad we don't see her on much...

least expensive is very difficult for me to say. I can say this though:
- a good sac summoner can be pretty expensive, so avoid that one if you're money pincher.
- a battle mage goes through lots of cubes. I kid you not, I ask Omar a whole bunch of times to hand me a few clears during repeated runs. I use Golden Dragon Spear (GDS), Meteor Dash, and Punto Wave many times. GDS and Meteor are definitely damage dealing moves.
- a witch is total troll. whole bunch of AoEs. your four upper level elemental skills take 1-2 frags each. if you like to spam those every 30s-1 min, clears plz. fixed damage skills.
- eles are not my specialty. they are, however, percent damage skill users.

ofc, "expensive" relates more to how much you're willing to spend to make your character better. a Guardian Soul or pet will be expensive, thus making your character "expensive".

I'm sort of in the process of making a Brawler.

But in terms of mages, I'm interested in Witches and BMs.

Witches are the least expensive due to their a fixed Bucken and brooms dont cost that much and they're trolly noah xD
